Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If your return is over 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items that are eligible for return must be in original packaging and unused. We reserve the right to not issue the refund if the item looks used. It is essential that a proof of purchase is used to receive a refund.
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the product, then send an email to notify you your product has been received and whether you are eligible for a refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and you will be refunded to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
AR+CO is not responsible for paying for shipping costs to return the items and these costs are non-refundable.
When returning an order over £40, it would be advised to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not accountable for your item whilst it is being shipped.
